Safety is at the top of our 10 Strategic Initiatives and our goal is 100% productivity through ZERO accidents and injuries and compliance with all Environmental, Safety and Health (ESH) requirements. Through programs, audits and training, our goal is to communicate that Safety is Job #1.
To attain our goals, Facilities Management is organized to ensure safety is a TEAM effort…management leadership, union leadership and personal ownership. Our Safety Steering Committee, led by Mike Snyder, Safety Manager, is responsible for organizing and implementing the actions identified within our Safety Strategic Initiative.
