What began in 2008 as a series of strategic planning sessions to re-evaluate goals and priorities for a desirable and achievable future, led to the establishment of a new mission and vision, along with the goals and actions required to fulfill them. What began as our strategic initiatives endure as hallmarks of our commitment to achieving and maintaining operational excellence. We are proud of these strides Facilities has made in these ten areas over the years.
