Duke University Facilities Management Customer Service Center
If you cannot enter a university service request online, call the Duke University Facilities Management Customer Service Center 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at (919) 684-2122. For general Duke Facilities Management inquiries, email fmd-customerservice@duke.edu.
Requests After Hours, Weekends and Holidays
Outside the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or on weekends or holidays, call the Duke University Facilities Management Customer Service Center at (919) 684-2122. Calls are transferred to a service operator/on-site mechanics.
