Excavation Program
The Excavation Program is designed to ensure underground utilities are not damaged during ANY kind of excavation (digging) being performed on the Duke University property.
Capital Project Initiation
"Capital projects" are construction and renovation efforts with estimated total project costs of $100,000 or more, inclusive of professional services, construction, furniture, fixtures, equipment, contingency and fees. Projects are initiated by contacting the Office of Project Management.
